Submitting the Plan a Journey form starts a conversation. It does not create a reservation, secure hotel or flight inventory, guarantee availability or enter you into a paid booking. A journey is only confirmed under the specific written proposal and booking arrangements agreed for that trip.
3. Destinations, prices and availability
Destinations, imagery, examples and travel ideas on this website are for exploration. Actual routes, inclusions, accommodation, transport, suppliers and prices depend on the brief and on current verification. Any quote should clearly state its validity period, what it includes, what it excludes and what is confirmed or still pending.
4. Trip-specific conditions
Payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, itinerary changes, supplier terms and service arrangements must be explained in the proposal or booking documents for your particular journey before you commit. Website descriptions do not override those agreed documents or applicable law.
